After 10 years at Officine Générale, I felt it was time to open a new chapter in my career.
During that time, I had the opportunity to be deeply involved in building and structuring a brand, from developing an international wholesale network to leading buying and merchandising across multiple stores.
These years shaped a practical understanding of how fashion businesses grow, operate, and evolve.
Consulting came naturally as a way to share everything we built and learned. Today, I work alongside brands who are looking to structure their business, make better decisions, and grow in a more thoughtful and sustainable way.
